How durable are the hair extensions?

Durability depends on how well they are taken care of. Usually the extensions last from three months up to a year, depending on how well they are looked after. The better you take care of them, the longer they last! 

How soon will my hair extensions arrive?

It takes 24-48 hours to process the order. Delivery time within Europe is 1-2 days. Delivery time to outside of Europe is 2-4 days.

What is your refunds and exchange policy?

You can exchange or refund the order within 14 days, however, only in the event that the product has NOT been worn or removed from its security seal or from the package.

Just send a email to our customer support with a picture of your hair taken in normal day light, and we will get back to you within a couple hours with the color that will be perfect for you.
